March 7, 2024 - Delikat duft, som er både frisk og sød på samme tid. I smagen friske grønne frugter - æble, pære og sødlig citrus. På førstedagen voldsom syre, men også samtidig tydelige elementer af sødt og mineralitet. På tredjedagen klart bedre harmoni. Vil uden tvivl have godt af at blive gemt af vejen nogle år. Har laaaang levetid.

February 2, 2024 - 79 Öchsle, blue slate, fuder and steel, sponti fermentation.
Aromas of lemon, wet slate, crisp pear, Granny Smith, lime, a little sponti.
On the palate, it’s very Light, yet intense. Only 7,5 % abv. Crispy, slate, lovely acidity.

January 19, 2024 - This seems much more interesting to drink now than the 2021. Of course, it would benefit from 15 years in the cellar, but the highly intense nose and its stern mineral, citrus and restrained tropical notes are very attractive now. The luscious mouthfeel leads to a strong acidity. At only 7.5 % ABV it is tempting to empty the bottle in a very short time. Certainly, a Kabinett with a very strong character.

November 25, 2023 - A bit restrained nose. On the palate soft at first, then the delicate acidity gently bite. Creamy texture, long aftertaste. Yellow apples, sweet lemon, mango and peaches.
