September 16, 2023 - Wirklich erstaunlich. Anfangs lackton, der sich aber nach 10 Minuten verflüchtigt hat. Dann kommen die tertiäraromen (quartiär… quintär…) und der pinot wird schmeckbar. Beeindruckend für einen eigentlich einfachen alixe-cortin.

May 7, 2023 - Trüb rostbraun, 3cm unter kapsel. Reifes dörrobst banane backpflaume karamell Toffee. Trocken etwas scharf noch Säure. Mittlerer Abgang
