April 21, 2024 - Dull, acidic but not refreshing. Extremely mild tannins that don’t add much. Bruised fruit aromas. Maybe it was light damaged but this tasted extremely uninspiring, esp for conterno

November 19, 2023 - This (L.R1.23) is a delicious, refreshing yet substantial pink wine with great structure, complex aromas and flavors, lots of fruit and minerals, and a taut finish. It is one of the best pink wines available for my preferences. As with most Conterno wines, it is relatively expensive, but it is a great wine.

November 3, 2023 - Crafted from Nebbiolo grapes, the 2022 Nervo Conterno II Rosato is a fresh and zesty wine that boasts aromas of strawberries, red berries, menthol, and herbs. It is light to medium-bodied, with an incisive and lean character, and has a mineral and penetrating finish.

October 31, 2023 - Incredibly enjoyable, fresh, vibrant rose. Wonderful strawberry and wild red berry fruit notes combined with a fresh and electric palate that is at once mouthwatering and refreshing. Just pure joy in a bottle. One of my favorites.
