October 4, 2023 - Visits in the Wachau and Kamptal; 10/4/2023-10/5/2023 (In and around the Wachau and Kamptal, Lower Austria): This was aromatic and intriguing right away with tones of lemon oil, spiced pears, nectarines, green apples, elderflowers, daffodils, and some mineral notes. There is a real lovely, underlying tension that keeps bringing me back to the glass that I'm really enjoying. The Medium bodied feel is deft and balanced with lipsmacking, high acidity and good length to the finish.
