Por copas. Vino naranja ligeramente sobreextractado aunque suene a contradicción, un vino infusionado con una maceración de 7 meses en tinajas, y una posterior crianza de 6 meses extra en barro, más otros 4 meses en botella.
En nariz se ofrece fresco y herbáceo con un toque salino. Ligeramente volátil al paladar sin abandonar la tensión y el consecuente agarre. Desconozco la razón por lo que podría ser definido como 'brutal' salvo por la derivación de bruto como sucio.1 person found this helpful Comment
