Community Tasting Notes 1

April 4, 2024 - PNP. Deep rosy ruby color (like a Pinot). Bing cherry, sage, and strawberry. Smooth, dry, somewhat tart palate, with bright acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.

Enjoyed this at dinner in Torino (Italy), with my host from Politecnico di Torino. Paired well with local dishes of braised beef and mini-raviolis (i.e., plin).
