March 6, 2024 - Dark transparent red --- Nose thyme, sour cherry, flowery aspects, cedar box, some cardboard and rubber, some curry, sanguine, spicy aspects, some petrol, elegant toasting notes, nice greenish aspects, red fruit coming through, orange zest --- Palate fantastic, captivating, nice flow of fruit, blackberries, overall fresh, minerals, really showing depth already, nice acidity, some unripe plums, nice vanilla touch, some praline, chocolate aspects --- Finishes youthfully on its powerful tannin structure, minerality and fruitiness. Oh yes, this is great stuff. Showing class and enormous potential in its youth, tasty and captivating. Nothing overdone, the vine and its fruit in center of winemaking.
