May 2, 2024 - Value wine made up of 70% Syrah & 30% Grenache, Vox Angelorum (which means "Voice of the Angels"). It is produced on the estate located on the slopes of Mount Ventoux in the neighborhood of Gigondas & CDP. The question is, can it compete with its famous Neighbours?
This wine has aromas of cherry, blueberry, dried herbs, iron, red currant, and prune. Flavours include chocolate, prune, muddled black fruits, licorice & menthol. It is a rich wine that went very well with my puttanesca.
