May 16, 2021 - A testimony to temperature controlled storage and the longevity of White Burgundies. Excellent fill, medium straw color (no browning), and medium body. Complex hazelnut character with a myriad of flavors. Decent acidity. I think this benefited from age and it took about 30 minutes to fully open up.
I'm guessing this is on a plateau for years ahead. -

October 31, 2010 - Still fairly young and not yet giving all it's got in aromatics. Solid wine, good balance and length, but needs a bit more time to really open up. Will see what it gives tonight on the second day.

December 11, 2007 - Very tight nose, slate, citrus and minerally characters. Very classy palate with a well maintained balance between richness and raciness. Good length. A good wine.
