June 23, 2023 - Tasted at winery. Grosses Gewächs, "***" = best single vineyard of the vintage. Holger said grapes were already ripe when harvested. He worked hard to keep the wine fresh and elegant. 9 months in oak cask. He explained oak will make wine more harmonized and powerful.

Shiny greenish-yellow. Citrus, pear and buttered popcorn. Clean and long finish.
