November 13, 2023 - Golden in colour, with a medium viscosity and body.
S: Lime, lemon, sea breeze, unripe pear. Maybe a little too round - some more sharp notes would be nice.
T: Saline, apple, lime. Not very acidic or dry. A bit of a shame since that what was what I head read about this style of wine. Tasted medium in body and again quite round and a bit flat with a little tingle. I decanted one glass worth and after 30-45 minutes it did taste better with acidity becoming a bit more present. Slightly pithy on the finish. -

September 30, 2023 - Apples, melon on the nose. More apples and maybe some citrus on the palate. Slight pithy finish that lifts and refreshes, good length (esp for the price)
Riper vintage means a slightly less lean wine than one might expect from this appellation -
