  January 4, 2024 - Ripe Cherry with a hint of Sour - Pepper with touch of Cedar. Good balance with Med Acidity & soft Tannins. An elegant Pinot that drinks well on its own and matches well with Salmon

  June 19, 2023 - It is hard not to like this medium-to-deep ruby wine, as it checks all of the boxes for a well-crafted Pinot. Popped, poured and serially tasted over the ensuing 2-3 hours, it delivers aromas and flavors of Bing cherries, pluots, baking spices, cola, cocoa and loamy earth. Medium-bodied, freshly acidic, proportionately oaked and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 14.0%), it wraps its flavors with silky-textured tannins and stays solid in the middle. Finishing with good length, this is an excellent New World interpretation of the grape. Give it an hour of air if you can. Drink now-2028.
