April 2, 2017 - Thin appearance for a Cab belies the full bodied, rich long finish. It has mellowed from first tasting 8 years ago and drinking superbly. I thought it would be an early point of reference for Jean Hoefliger's evolution at AO, but this was as good as most current releases.

November 15, 2014 - Wonderful nose of blackberry, cassis, graphite, tea leaves, and tobacco; dark fruit and minerality continues on the palate, which is medium bodied with fine-grained, elegant tannins, balanced acidity. Great wine.
