September 10, 2021 - Sweeter than we expected, but still great flavor with a tanny taste.

April 1, 2021 - Light red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, and plum. Juicy and a little sweetness initially, but there’s nice acids & light spice that balances it and give a tartness on the finish. I think it’s the first Cinsault I’ve had that’s bottled on it’s own.
