Prep: Decant 4 hours before first pour
Not going to elaborate much more than what the MFW notes say, as they are spot on! Airy and playful but with depth. Smoky minerality complemented by wonderfully pure aromas and flavors of orange citrus, mustard seed, jasmine, and thyme. November 26, 2023 - Youthful on the nose. exciting flinty minerality, green appels and citrus.
on the palette lime, green appels, some stone fruit, high crisp astringent acidity, a truly great flinty minerality and a very long and powerful finish.
a divisive wine not for everyone. -
