May 7, 2024 - This is awfully tasty. Much more flavor than the average Pinto Gris. Deeper and richer. Given the weeds, grasses, and lemon flavors, I would probably have guessed this as a slightly strange Sauv Blanc. But it’s really, really good and strong enough to hold up to a cream sauce, maybe even a light red sauce.
