Community Tasting Notes 1

January 26, 2008 - A clear brick-red wine with a nose showing raisins, cedar, tobacco, and moldy earth. On the palate it feels fully developed with smooth tannins, mature fruit and good oak integration, leading to a medium-long finish. But the wine lacks complexity and its moldy aromatics require heavy food such as stews or braised lamb. Drink now.
