April 12, 2024 - Light golden in color.
Nose of wet slate, white peach, lemon zest, big minerality. Palate has high acidity, dry, medium bodied.
Flavors of white peach, slate, light tropical fruit, big minerality. Love this wine. So fresh, slight sweetness, and fresh acid.

March 29, 2024 - Classic nose of petrol/rubber and lots of lime.
The flavor is all green apple with some residual sweetness. This is offset by bright, high acidity. The flavor profile reminded me of Green Apple Jolly Rancher. BTW, that's a compliment, as I love those. The acidity lasted several beats on the finish

November 27, 2023 - Excellent. A lot of upside but can be approached now. High acidity, off dry. Long finish.

August 22, 2023 - As usual - my favorite in the "Feinherb" style here - almost a Kab level of RS (at 36g). This is amazingly well balanced already, showing both pear and apple notes as well as the richer quince and peach. Long powerful middle - with aging potential. Needs time to really show itself but once again will be a beauty.
