August 21, 2023 - Dry, manly, firm with notes of tobacco and a sound backbone og black berries. Drinking well (for some probably on the young side); serve it with red meat.

June 17, 2023 - Fine sediment. Medium bodied, dark ruby color. Whiff of barnyard on opening, which quickly disappeared. A little tight at first, but after 30 minutes the tannins softened and the fruit opened up. Dark red fruit, dried fruits, a hint of leather. More integrated after about an hour. Drinking well now.

October 30, 2022 - Complex, dense, mature red fruit, elegant leather and port sweetness. Perfectly structured and expressive in the mouth, blending jammy red fruit, plum, chocolate, port notes with noble cask and roast aromas. Enjoy now or within another 5 years.

December 3, 2021 - Bordal au Bavard (Mouton, L'Evangile, Roc de Cambes) (Le Bavard, Carouge): Ouvert 3 heures avant consommation.
Robe prune.
    A boire.

May 23, 2021 - Sehr schön! Der Wein ist gefühlt 5-10 Jahre jünger.
    Frisches, brillantes Rubinrot, kaum Reifetöne.

Tiefschwarzbeerig in der Nase. Schwarze Johannisbeere, Rauch, Teer.
