December 31, 2023 - RSS tartric honey on the nose, depetrolled Reisling with lime and saline. The best of Brookdale’s oeuvre. Paired well with carbonara.

July 5, 2023 - Lemony nose, with apricots, great freshness here.
INtense and mineral with a nutty finish. Another one that feels quite tightly coiled. Needs time but big potential I think.
