November 7, 2023 - Medium lemon colour. Pronounced and youthful nose with ripe green apples, ripe lemon, peach, elderflowers and wet stone. Medium taste of ripe green apples, lemon, peach, elderflower and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Riesling Trocken. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with fish, shellfish or sushi.
