November 17, 2023 - First I need to start off by saying that this very well be the best young bottle of Wei-Ku that I’ve ever had. This was incredibly pure, filigreed, mineral, and delicious. The nose showed a great mix of orchard fruits and mint. The perfectly balanced palate was delicate up front with some tangy peaches at the back end and layered with delicious citrus notes of Tangelos. The long mouthwatering finish was saline and lingering.
This was an amazing pair for the moderately spiced Panang curry enjoyed at the same time. This was a wow wine in the most Weiser-Künstler way: elegant, pure, and racy.
