Aromas of red cherry bursts, with gentle hints of rose
On the palate vibrant notes of red cherry and red berries
Pairs With: Filet mignon and salmon, as well as other fatty fishes which benefit from the wine’s high acidity cutting through the richness. It also complements poultry such as chicken and turkey, along with soft cheeses and mushroom-based dishes, enhancing the flavors with its fruity and subtly spicy notes.
