November 11, 2023 - Was tight and a little volatile on pop and pour but only took 20 minutes to calm down and open up. Drinking well now and showing everything that makes Evangelho special. A mix of high-toned red fruit and black fruit bass notes with savory herbal nuance. Great depth without feeling weighty, and a long, tart red fruit skin finish. A unique vineyard and the Bedrock team makes a wine as compelling as the story behind it.

October 18, 2023 - Would benefit from a short decant, started out tight. Very aromatic with cherry, blackberry, plums, cassis, earth, herbs, clove, spice and pepper.
Similar flavors with cherry, blackberry, cassis, earth, herb in a medium body wine. Medium tannins in a long finish.5 people found this helpful Comment
