August 24, 2023 - Interesting nose of graham crackers (no cinnamon), rich blackberry and black plum and oak. Full-bodied, this is rugged at first showing good tannic structure and lower acidity. After enough air, this has developed a seamless texture. Black fruits and oak dominate the palate. Drink now-2028+ 91
