January 31, 2019 - Tasted double-blind. Everything about it screamed California. Not the best showing, a little discombobulated it seemed.

February 26, 2017 - Sunday Dim Sum with Friends (Minghin, Naperville): From memory/no formal note. Courtesy of P&L. Cherry, rhubarb and cranberry notes. Ripe cherry fruit on the palate with hints of spice underneath. Paired wonderfully with the barbecue pork buns.

April 2, 2012 - Delightfull RRV pinot nose, slight sour cherry, spice and underbrush. Light texture, good acidity, cherry. I liked this much better than many of the previous reviews, quite nice with food.

November 5, 2011 - a serviceable pinot. we had it with meats and cheeses and it did well but lacks in depth.

September 25, 2011 - A good pinot, but very light and not a lot of depth. Fruit is very subtle, but evident. Notes of cherry and vanilla, and a light nose. I prefer BIG pinots, this is clearly not one, but is very drinkable and enjoyable now. Don't wait too long.
