March 11, 2023 - WWS 11.03.23: In der Nase sehr fruchtig, mit einem Hauch von Muskat (bin nicht sicher, ob das Muskat ist...). Am Gaumen zunächst unspektakulär, ein wenig flach. Im Detail dann aber ein schöner Wechsel aus Säure und Muskat-Süße. Der Wein ist keine Bereicherung für das milde chinesische Essen, er stört aber auch nicht. Hat etwas Süße, die aber nicht wirklich süß schmeckt - wird schnell überlagert durch die Säure. Könnte für meinen Geschmack etwas weniger Säure haben, sonst ziemlich gut.
