April 14, 2024 - Fresh and crisp with an aggressive mousse, yet elegant, with aroma’s and flavors of apple, pear, and lemon. There is a hint of minerality that I would describe as chalkiness but others might perceive as salinity. A little time open allowed the bubbles to calm, resulting in a creamier presentation and adding faint notes of toast. This has significant potential to develop further complexity with time in the bottle, and may rate higher the next time I taste it. That said, it is enjoyable to drink right now if the youthful style suits you.

March 26, 2024 - Disgorged 11/23. Very nice sparkler. Great acidity, fresh and lovely. Nice bubbles, well balanced, and a high quality traditional style bottle of bubbles.

November 23, 2023 - Light straw color. The nose shows fragrant aromas of orchard fruits, minerals, cherry blossom, toast and a hint of spices. This is medium light bodied on the palate with excellent concentration and real class. The fairly long finish features a mineral element coupled with a saline note. Serious potential.

WSET Notes:
Pale lemon.
Medium intensity on the nose with apple, lemon, pastry, and biscuit. Youthful.
Medium plus intensity on the palate. High acidity, medium alcohol, light body, medium minus finish.
Can drink now but has potential for aging.
