Doftar dammigt, moget, lätt smörigt och någon Grappa-ton där bakom
Smaken ger salt, krut, bra syra trots att den har en tydligt äldre mognad över sig. Lakrids.
Var inte i närheten gissningsmässigt. Mycket bra 40+ flaska!
Mycket mer att ge. Deg 2000 vilket säkert bidrar till fräschören.

May 7, 2011 - Light amber color with moderate, fine bead. Aromas of almond toffee, brown butter, and mushroom. Palate shows soft mouse with cream, almond brittle, caramel, and some baked lemon notes on a medium-long finish. From the US release of old vintages circa 2000. Still alive and providing good drinking with aged character. Drink.
