February 24, 2024 - After some elegant Chardonnay in the evening this was a horse of a different color - bright gold and shimmering in the glass. Ripe golden delicious apples with subtle touch of oak. Presents juicy, flavor-filled palate attack. No sharp edges at all with moderate acidity that kept it bright. Very flavorful.

January 3, 2024 - Color is light straw. On the nose: Citrus (lemon and orange), vanilla, apple and minerals. On the palate: Apple, vanilla, butter and oak spice notes, with some citrus notes as well. This is a big wine. May overpower some but I am liking it on this winter day. It’s my first Martinelli wine. I just joined their wine list and bought 4 Chardonnays and 2 Zinfandels. Alcohol level pretty high on this but that doesn’t come through so it’s ok.

December 19, 2023 - I like the style of Chardonnay that Martinelli makes. Not overly fruity with a hit of crispness. I might be selling this one a little short on the numerical rating. Opened the bottle for sipping......was great.
