Community Tasting Notes 3

May 2, 2024 - Very soft medicinal cherry nose. The tannins from the seeds in the Freisa variatal make for a very interesting astringent bite. On day 2 they softened and rounded out and there was still a lot of structure. Enjoyable both nights, but better on day 2.

January 3, 2024 - Hard to get too much from the nose - or is that just the hotel cup….Nose of dark cherry, cola, dried herbs, high tannin, high acid. Typically rusticity but a more concentrated style.

September 14, 2023 - Production is very small, 2,000 bottles a year. Just a hair medicinal but that blows off. And then bright and fresh, crisp and fun.
