This will be an incomplete note.

Second Sauvignon Gris that I have tried. It is enjoyable. It goes some of the same flavours as the Sauvignon, but without the same level of acidity. I would say that Gris is rounder and sweeter without being sweet. Had it with taco/fajitas, and it paired much better than a simple Bordeaux red.

Would definitely buy this wine again.
