April 10, 2024 - Clear dark purple in colour. Notes of blackberry, spice, and some tobacco. Nice acidity, med body, grippy tannins. Would have preferred this with a piece of meat. Partner loved the wine, I enjoyed but I am thinking we drank it too soon. Love all the wines from this producer.

November 15, 2023 - Very nice wine. I drank early as I was concerned about smoke taint due to the vintage; however, you really have to hunt to find any.
