May 7, 2022 - What a privilege to revisit this wine. Wonderfully graceful with the precision and balance of an olympic gymnast. Beguiling spice. A superstar.

December 23, 2021 - First vintage was the week after Jeremy's wedding, only did picking no farming. Very different from wines that follow, as wasn’t even organic with grass between rows. Very soft palate, but rustic aromatically.

October 1, 2021 - Had this 7 odd years ago thanks to @kami5 when we did a wine dinner with @highlandparkbrewery - but haven't had a chance to try it again, it was rather subdued then but this 2005 has really opened up from tits shell. Really opulent and generous in its fruit, the texture is seamless with elegance that guides all the primary nature into a long finish. Boy does it have a lot going on in it as it feels like there's still plenty in the reserve. Also love the vosne spice that runs rampant in this wine

May 30, 2021 - Silky texture is extraordinary, so enticing and refined. Palate is pitch perfect with primary fruit and the start of secondary nuance, so well balanced. One bottle of this could never be enough, this vanished in a flash. Thrilling, as it has been for many years, and probably will be for many years to come.
