  December 29, 2013 - A dense, pruny and raisiny wine. It's very good, but not for the $60 or $65 retail. Very poor QPR at that price. I think this wine was just over ripe, leading to dense fruit and perhaps not enough acid.

  December 6, 2013 - Agree with Randy082054. Long finish of alcohol and cherry NyQuil. No improvement after 2 hours in glass or on night two. Extra disappointing given the pedigree of the fruit. Bought at steep discount and wouldn't do it again.

  September 26, 2012 - Unscrewed and drank over 2 nights. Disappointing. Nose isn't bad, with dark red fruit predominant. Palate is a bit of a mess. Finishes with a bolt of tartness. Tastes a bit pruny.

  January 22, 2012 - Drank at local restaurant. A bit tight upon opening, finishing with tartness. Opened up nicely to reveal a lot of black cherry fruit, with spice notes on the finish. Went very well with steak.
