Community Tasting Notes 1

March 26, 2024 - We basically knew what to expect, but really wanted to give this a chance. The point of objection is the residual sugar. It shows up in the enhanced viscosity, the out of balance acidity, the legs and the mouthfeel. Quite likely these were good grapes. It is very fruit forward. Not exactly Pinot purple color. They made it this way, we don’t want to try any more.
