  January 20, 2015 - aromas are really quiet. whispers of apple and frost. if this was Inama Soave, I might be more intrigued. This remains very mineral on the nose and palate. frost and moss. I'm not expecting this to really be going anywhere, but perhaps this is just in an awkward spot. the color is not too developed, medium minus lemon. has an awkward bitter melon appeal on the palate. very frosty, I can't quite place it. maybe a touch of aldehyde? Something is mature and a little out of place here.
  Probably for the better that this little gem isn't taking up space in the cellar any longer. XO.
