February 1, 2024 - Tasted after 90 minutes of air. Wow. Tried this blind with some younger Bordeaux varietal wines from Washington. Would never guess this was 23 years old. Dark garnet color with slight browning at the edge. Stewed plum fruits on the nose. Round tangy plum fruit. Still some rich fruit here. I took a gamble bidding on these on WineBid expecting them to be way over the hill. WRONG. This is still drinking great. Some dry dust here. Excellent and still some life left.

November 4, 2023 - This bottle was on the decline for sure, as noted by others, but still amazing. Brief decant helped blow off a little tang that was present on opening. Recommend drinking now based on this bottle.

February 6, 2023 - Honestly, while its probably in a good window, this was just way too sweet for me. I'm not sure what happened here, but I did not enjoy it. It was a high quality wine, and I'm certain others may appreciate it more than I do.
