April 17, 2019 - Sitting in the middle in terms of accessibility in the 06 lalala trio. Plum fruit, lush, and concentrated. Needs plenty of time like the Mouline.

February 22, 2019 - Quite developed on the nose with early stages of some complex tertiary aromas. Masculinity, power and density defines this wine. Dark fruit and plum intensively leading way to some floral and more elegant aromas, and then back to barnyard and hay. Concentrated ink, lead and dark fruit on the palate. Long finish.

February 22, 2019 - Friday night blind BYO (Anders Condoe): Very complex nose with nice red fruit, some licorice and elegant spices. Tight structure in mouth. Pepper and mustard seeds. Dark and blue berry fruit. Eventually fresh tobacco purse.

    January 4, 2019 - (Half-blind tasting)
Lovely, full, very complex nose. Rich and generous. Dark fruit, toast, coffee, complex spiciness mingles with tertiary notes of meat, rubber and liquorice. Gets more and more complex with time in glass.
Full, dense, tight and spicy palate. Impressive concentration. Some tertiary notes of meat, pepper, rubber and smoke. But is it a little rough? Lovely ripe tannins. Entering a very appealing drinking window.
The "Rhône" of the La-la-la, this wine met all expectations, but defeated by La Turque and Chave Hermitage this evening.

June 12, 2018 - Leiden at restaurant Vermeer Amsterdam: Big brooding wine, nose and taste dark fruit, plums, olives, some meat, lots of power but also clearly finesse and complexity. Great to drink now, has the potential to further develop in bottle for decades.
