Community Tasting Notes 2

April 4, 2024 - Classic Sancerre. Clear color. Nose is more restrained with some grass, cheese, and lees. Ripe apples. Little bitterness on the end (refreshing). Very good. Solid wine.

March 20, 2024 - Les Tontons Trinqueurs Tasting (Beaune Burgundy): Walkaround tasting with producers. Also rich but with brighter textures, good length, also good for near term enjoyment.
