Tasted April 24, 2008. No formal tasting note. Ordered as part of the tasting menu at Alinea in Chicago. Despite my score I was a little let down by this wine. I've come to expect more out of Eric Texier wines. This should have showed better. Came across as a little flat on the palate. Maybe an off bottle?
