June 17, 2018 - Doftar vita och gula tidiga vårblommor, rölleka och lite smör men även rapsolja. Efter hand även tydliga citrontoner åt det grillade hållet, kokta gröna grönsaker och bönstjälkar.
Vita lätt syrliga vinbär, feta nötter, lätt smör, vita torra frukter. Grillad citron. Lätt beska men inget som stör.
Det är ändå ett ganska bryskt vin som inte är elegant och saknar väldigt mycket finess. För priset och till lite kraftfullare fisk- och fläskköttsrätter är det dock långt ifrån dåligt även om det naturligtvis inte når de högsta höjderna. -

September 16, 2017 - Riktigt gyllengul. 2006 men färg och oljighet känns nästan tio år äldre. Typisk sauvignon Blanc. Doft av pomelo med fräscha vita rotfrukter i bakhasorna. Typ rättika. Smakar grillad citron, havssalt, ostronspad, lite besk syra, men också lite ljust bröd innan eftersmaken tar över med de rostade grillade citrustonerna igen. Absolut värd 120 kr men inget stort vin. Köper inte fler än de testflaskor jag köpt, men dricker gärna upp dem.

March 18, 2017 - This is really interesting! I'm usually exclusively a riesling guy - this is 100% sauvignon blanc - but it is so evolved that it doesn't taste anything like what it does young (not saying thats a good or a bad thing). Feisty dose of acidity. Worked well with the lamb and canterelle dish.

October 27, 2016 - On the nose: Yellow apples, cat pie, gooseberry.
On the palate: Gooseberry, white flowers, chalk and very fresh

September 1, 2016 - delicious medium-bodied wine surprisingly young in both nose and mouth.
Stringent classic white Bordeaux. After some time in the glass it develops a creaminess which is nice disguising its origin for a period.
