  May 13, 2024 - Janselijn Wines Portfolio Tasting (Restaurant De Scheepskameel, Amsterdam, NL): Made from 100% Cuis Chardonnay planted in 1974, vinified in barrique, full malo, aged for 8 months on th full lees, bottled unfiltered in May 2019 disgorged November 2023, dosage 1.5 gr/l. Deep and intense, creamy lemon, spicy minerality, bracing acidity, flowers and a whiff of nuttiness, mild bitters, green apple, excellent length.

  April 4, 2024 - Method: tasted at the domaine (in the cellar) and trying to scribble just a few notes while discussing the wine with Adrien
  
  Good stone fruit, rock, mineral, cream; medium+ body; medium+ strength very fine bubbles; high- acidity
  
  Overall thoughts: Really nice mix of fruit and minerality. Great structure and body. This should age wonderfully. Great wine.

  December 16, 2023 - Visit to Dhondt-Grellet (Dhondt-Grellet): Impressions. This was 2nd time tasting this cuvee but this is more impressive compared with back in SG. This had the fruits profile and tension on the palate.

  November 17, 2023 - Dinner with winemakers (Po restaurant): Missed out on the back label information on this. Aroma of intense red apple, good finesse, a little light on the body slightly fabby with good mid palate depth. Touch of spice with some cream on the finish
