  January 11, 2023 - Nothing short of a fantastic Pfalz Riesling. A beautiful, complex and contemplative wine. What a pleasure to drink. These rank, in my book, as some of the top white wines in the world.

  March 2, 2020 - I love Pfalz Riesling. I think it is the best white wine in the world. This bottle was purchased at the winery on release. Cold cellared and drinking fresh. Pale straw colored with a hit of front end fruit counterbalanced with crisp acidity. Perfect equilibrium. Amazing wine. Should last for years and years. Beautiful.

  May 21, 2013 - A little different from usual Rieslings altough you can clearly smell the oil and mineral from that variety centimeters away.
  
  Wine is "aged" so is intense and dark yellow. I think that confused me. I am used to pale light green liquids when it comes to Riesilings.
  
  Anyway, good wine that has some soft sweet aspect. Not a sweet wine but it is expected that you feel little more sugar and weight rather than usual Riesling bottles.
  
  This goes well by itself altough my personal option was pairing smoked goat cheese. The smokey elements match the wine style pretty good.
  
  Did not come along well with Japanese food sushi/sashimi.
