  January 2, 2024 - A beautiful full straw-yellow color with slight golden reflections. On the nose, it starts with a lovely mineral tone, green apple, elderflower, and then more subdued pastry notes. A nice spritz of citrus completes the aromatic profile of the wine. In the mouth, it is fresh and savory, with great intensity and persistence, featuring a truly interesting bubble.
  
  bellissimo colore paglierino pieno con lievi riflessi dorati, al naso parte con una bella tonalità minerale, mela verde, fiori di sambuco, poi più sussurrate le note di pasticceria, una bella spruzzata di agrumi completa il profilo aromatico del vino. In bocca è fresco e sapido di grande intensità e persistenza, bolla davvero interessante.
