April 17, 2024 - pretty good showing. Quite open. Some oak still shows. Good length.

April 6, 2024 - The 06 RSV was quite dark, similar to many Vosne I came across in this vintage. While it showed clear grand cru weight, the fruit was a bit chunky. Like many Arnoux in this era, the oak was still a hit prominent. Very classic in style. Interesting to see how it develops with age.

November 17, 2022 - Tasted blind. Dark extracted fruit, mint, menthol. Like most Arnoux's from this period, they are not very good.

February 12, 2022 - The wine started a little four square and awkward. Clearly needed time and air to open up. Which it did over two, three hours and became an excellent representative of the St Vivant terroir. Flowers and spice emerged and a sweet fruit tones. More black than red fruits. Good length. Wonderful wine - only Limitation is probably what can be done in a slightly harsher vintage.

February 12, 2022 - Needed some time to open up. Quite dense at the beginning and the aromas more hidden than with the 2007 I had the other day. After ca. one hour, the glorious Vosne spices, red fruit and dried meat aromas were on full display.
