    Love what Larry is doing with this variety. I loved the 2020 and this 2021 is very similar. Ripe enough to not be too "green", but not enough that the Cab Franc character is ripened out. Good balancing acidity, some tannin - great structure to help this develop for a good long time.

    February 17, 2024 - Quite tasty - pretty significant pyrazine / vegetal notes on both nose and palate. First Cab Franc I’ve had from SBC.
