September 30, 2023 - Ensamblaje de roussanne (68%), marsanne (18%) y 14% de viognier. 7 meses sobre lías en inox y en barricas de de 225 l de roble frances usadas Dorado brillante. Nariz intenso, con volumen, recuerdos a aceite de oliva, toques cítricos y algún matiz floral. En boca la entrada es buena, untuoso, con notable acidez, con materia pero con frescura, buenos amargos, ahumados. Un blanco con raza. Bastante largo.
