    October 20, 2023 - Un vin nature à la robe opaque violine (assemblage de cépages rouges et teinturiers : Merlot, Cabernets, Malbec et moins connus voir ooubliés Fer Servadou, Abouriou et Périgord).
    Belle mâche en bouche avec tanins mais sans aucune astringence, pour rappel le millésime 2022 était solaire avec canicules.
    Un vin de plaisir, à boire sur le fruit et à garder en cave à 12°C, cette bouteille n'étant non protégée par SO2, vin nature et donc vivant et possibilité de repartir en fermentation.
