March 2, 2024 - A little afternoon champagne with friends. First bottle of Mousse after the label design change and I didn’t expect the note on the inside of the (paper, nice) foil. Clever! Maybe a bit creepy to with the whole love thing, but I appreciate it.

This is another QPR rockstar. Peach cobbler in a glass while also expressing so much earthy, perfum-ey terroir at the same time. Really enjoying this champagne and it’s one that I think a whole group can enjoy while also being seriously pleasurable for the wine nerds. This wine punches so far above its price class, it’s wild. Delivering a very close experience to a recent Egly Vignes de Vrigny I had.

January 22, 2024 - One of.my favs from Moussé. Has a lovely white strawberry core and top notes of kefir. Lovely texture.

November 13, 2023 - Pale yellow with a slight copper hue in color with a very fine & steady perlage. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, pears & lemons/limes with overtones of floral & yeasty/toasty notes, brioche, minerals & a hint of roasted hazelnuts. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of apples & lemons/limes with yeasty/toasty, almonds & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present & may develop further with additional aging. A blend of 70% Pinot Munier & 30% Pinot Noir.

October 28, 2023 - La Fête du Champagne Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty - New York NY): Walkaround tasting. Fun, floral, and easy with soft textures. Good balance even if simple. 70% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir.
